1. Yes, it is perfect. 2. Not yet, but I am looking forward to go there. Not yet, but I can't wait to go there or Not yet, but I hope to go there.

1 ) Are you still studying English? Yes and I am looking forward to being fluent. 2) Have you ever been to Miami? Not yet but I am looking to go there. If you wanted to use 'looking forward' in the second answer it would be "Not yet but I am looking forward to going there."

Yes, number 1 is correct. Number 2 is close, but we would probably say: Not yet, but I am hoping to go there. or Not yet, but I am looking forward to going there.
