No. The only thing that really comes to mind is Morris dancing.

Bear in mind, this is somewhat of a niche thing nowadays. It's nothing like the kilt is in Scotland.

There are probably some regional things, but none spring to mind and anyway these would most definitely not be representative of England as a whole.
