"We have many same hobbies," is incorrect. But you can say: We have many of the same hobbies. We share many hobbies. We have many hobbies in common. Each of these sentences has the same basic meaning.

We have many of the same hobbies.

We have a lot of common interests We share a lot of hobbies :)
