Neither of these are very good form I'm afraid :) It depends exactly what you wish to express of course, but valid examples of using those words might include: a) "I was not able to come to the office yesterday as I was indisposed" [some unusual circumstance prevented me] b) "I was reluctant to get an office job as I like to work outside" [I didn't want office work because I don't like to be indoors] Hope that helps :)

I wouldn't use either of the above personally "I wasn't cut out for office work" (common way of saying not suitable) Or you could say "I didn't want to do office work" (again not suitable) It's hard you understand in what context your trying to use the above in.
