If you don't mind my saying so, you should learn correct grammar and how to write sentences correctly before you attempt to chat too much. Chat can correct your pronunciation but it will not correct your grammar or teach you how to use verb tenses correctly. Without good grammar, your speaking will never be very good. You need to find a good teacher or a good English grammar book and start studying.
