The price for each teacher is for one hour. You and the teacher will speak to each other using skype.

To add to Andi's answer, you pay for each lesson. The price listed is generally for 1 hour, but some teachers will have the option of taking 30 minute or 45 minute lesson, which are, of course, cheaper than the 1 hour lessons that any given teacher may offer.
