No, sorry. There are a few mistakes, and it reads like a word-for-word translation from French. The biggest problem is the infinitive after 'finished' - it has to be a gerund. This gives us: After having finishing cleaning... This is correct, in theory, but very awkward. The other problem is the 'after having ...', which we don't use to refer to future time. Eliminating this gives us: After finishing cleaning... This is also theoretically correct, but sounds awkward. A native English speaker would never say that. A more natural expression would be this: After I've finished cleaning the house, I'll take a shower. or - most natural of all: I'll take a shower when I've finished cleaning the house.
