Salam Hilary,
I smiled when I saw your question, and there's honestly no way to find those lyrics in a dictionary, because they are not from MSA, but mostly from the Palestinian accent ;) This song is from the Palestinian heritage and when sung in weddings, I usually hear it in the peasants accent, which is very beautiful :) In our accents we would say زريف الطول instead of ظريف الطول. Also Palestinian peasants would say وكّف تا كولّك instead of وقف تا قولك.
Now for the title's meaning "ظريف الطول":
Beautiful/ Attractive.
Height.
So ظريف الطول in MSA, or زريف الطول in the spoken Jordanian/ Palestinian/ Syrian accents means: The person with a beautiful height :)
I give Ghadeer a lot of credit for translating it to you because it needs patience and hard work :)

Ya Zareef Al-tool Stop tto tell you
you are going to the foreign land and your country is best for you
I'm afraid ya zareef you will go and get housing and keep company with someone else and forget me
Zareef Al-tool, where are you going?
Tell me who did we write this tune for
And the expatriate, how does he not return and feel longing
Unless listen from us to our oboes
Ya Zareef Al-tool come to me and Be aware
Who said about her, she wants you bled on the sidewalk
They say that your role, O my sister we have a mild
These who don't know the history of our country
O owner of many smiles and laughter
O who grew up between love of your mother and father
Ya Zareef Al-tool, on that day they spare you
My hair turned white and my back became hunched
Ya Zareef Al-tool o my dear o
By Allah(God) reminded me of myself
Whenever I've become disease
they telling me Blessed for you

???
Going to the west and your country is better for you
I'm afraid ya zareef you will go and (get rich?)
And keep company with someone else and forget me
Ya zareef at-tool where are you going west, where
Tell me who did we write this tune for
And the expatriate, how does he not return and feel longing
Unless he doesn't listen to our neighbor
???
Who said about her (???) you bled on the sidewalk
They say your role (???) about us is light
These who don't know the history of our country
Ya zareef at-tool what a cheerful lifetime
You who (???) your mother and your father
Ya zareef at-tool a day that you left
My hair turned white and my back became hunched
Zareef at-tool oh precious one
I swear he reminded me of myself (or my situation?)
Whenever the sickness crept into me
They say to me happiness to me
