incline (to)：倾向于、有意做。此时“incline”是做“动词”。

1，We incline to the view that things are either totally good or totally bad. (此时“to”后接“名词”)

2，He does incline to be rather nervous. ("does"是强调语气，此时“to”后接“动词”) 【incline to do sth】
