Thanks in advance, and looking forward to hearing from you all soon.

Hello,
I will explain main differences:
---Cara/Rostro
Both words are understood as the face of a person, but “rostro” could sound more poetical and its use is more restricted to this meaning.
“cara” could be a visible surface of an object, for example, “un cubo tiene 6 caras” or a cube has 6 visible surfaces.
In a different context “cara” could be an adjective for a feminine noun; that means the feminine of “caro”, an adjective that means: expensive. For example, “esta falda es muy cara” or this skirt is very expensive
“Cara” is also the front side of something, e. g. “el papel fotográfico tiene una sola cara” or photographic paper has only one (front or printable) side
Both words could be used for describing a mood: “mi amigo tiene mala cara” or “mi amigo tiene mal rostro” and depending on context it means: my friend is angry/worried/sick, or simply my friend is not OK.
---Despacho/oficina
The intersection of meanings is: a place to work
“despacho” is also more than just a place, e. g. “mi padre es el dueño de un despacho de arquitectos o de abogados”; my father is the owner of an architecture or a law firm.
In a different context, “despacho” is the conjugation for the first person, singular, of the verb “despachar”, to dispense something, for example, in a store or pharmacy.
---Almacén/tienda
Both are places where people buy things.
“Almacén” literally means: warehouse, while “tienda” is not necessarily a place to store things, but to sell them.
---Ira/enfado
“Ira” is an intense state of outrage or anger that generates the will of revenge, while “enfado” is just anger.

1. rostro, cara; they means the same and you can use both anytime.
2. despacho, oficina; Despacho and oficina can be use equally, but it's sounds more natural to say " Voy a la oficina" unless you work in a buffette or you have your own closed space to work in the office (managers and directors)
3. almacén, tienda; tienda is a shop, almacén is a storehouse
4. ira, enfado Ira means anger/ rage. Enfado means dissapointment.

I strongly recommend you to check this academic dictionary. It is very useful for me when I have any doubt about uses of Spanish and meanings http://www.rae.es/
