Start with simple sentences. Then start to look for situations where you can combine sentences. Read materials written in English and look for patterns that you understand and can copy. Most importantly, practise as much as you can. Ask for feedback on what you write and for suggestions on how to improve. Such an open question is difficult to answer in any other way.
