React or reaction vs respond or response I am giving a couple of sentences below. Please get me correct.[When I was watching English news channel over the killing of three Indian soldiers by Isis Terrorists at the border of India and Pakistan,The journalist on screen asks a leader like this "sir how do you react to this?].This is the context. 1.How do you react? same as "what is your reaction?" 2.How do you respond? same as "what is your response"? 3.What do you think? same as "what is your opinion"? So my question is,do these sentences above carry the same meaning and can be used interchangeably?

Pretty much yes, you have the right idea. The only one that 'feels' a bit different is #3. "What do you think?" is a very neutral way of asking things, and a bit less formal (and therefore slightly more common) than "What is your opinion?" or "What are your thoughts?". The first "What do you think?" is something I might ask a friend about whether or not I should eat an extra piece of chocolate, for example, but I wouldn't say "What is your opinion?" or "What are your thoughts?" unless it was a slightly deeper/more interesting topic.
