Hi Sergey,
I agree you should find a teacher who takes more care with their English.
We naturally say, "She's been trying to contact me." Of course, "she's" could mean "she is" or "she has", but we also know that "has been" is possible whereas "is been" is not. Yes, some native English speakers make this mistake (also look at "would of" or "should of" as another example of this kind of mistake), but it simply means they aren't paying attention. A teacher ought to know better.

Hi Sergey! From the context of your sentence, the tense should be the present perfect continuous, but the phrase is incorrect. The phrase should be 'She has been trying to contact me'. The present perfect continuous is used to talk about a situation that began at some point in the past and continues into the present (she started trying to contact me some time ago and is likely still trying to). It is formed using 'subject + have/has + been + past participle. e.g. He has been learning English for 5 years (He began learning 5 years ago and probably continues learning today). It is wrong to put 'be + been' together in the way it appears in your example. Hope this helps!
