Procrastination in general is delaying, deferring, putting something off until later. Not doing it now, saying it can wait. Academic procrastination is not a familiar phrase to me, but I assume it means not doing your academic work until the last minute. "Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today." Or "Never put off until tomorrow what you can put off indefinitely". :D
