Actually, a core vocabulary of half that size (maybe 8000 words) should allow you to understand a news broadcast reasonably well. Based on your writing (for example “does that enough”), I’d have to say that you should stop studying vocabulary right now, and begin reviewing basic grammar. Don’t memorize rules — actually practice using grammar to form sentences. You can use italki to get feedback if needed). Until you get your basic grammar and pronunciation under control, you will not understand anything you hear. Your spelling is really sloppy, but that’s irrelevant to your listening skills.

It's natural to make errors when learning, but the errors in your text tell me that you are quite careless with English. Your best plan is to revise what you already know and make sure you can understand and use your current knowledge perfectly. I'm not sure how you managed to count the words in your vocabulary, and I'm confused as to whether you mean "fifteen thousand" (15,000) or "fifty thousand" (50,000). Pay more attention when listening, writing, reading and speaking, and do so consciously. The improvements you make in each area will make your English ability much stronger.

This is really a time issue. There are so many nuances, speech patterns, grammar inconsistencies etc. that a normal speaker would make. Add to that the wide variety of dialects and geographical differences, and you can see it is not a simple matter of hoping to meet someone who speaks like a BBC broadcaster all the time. It took me 20 years to get the basics right, and another couple more years to grasp the nuances from different speakers. And still I can get it wrong sometimes. I can only say time and exposure to many different speech patterns will help a lot. And always remember, there is an exception to every rule. If you manage to find a quick solution, let me know. I am looking for that as well!

Is that what you love? Politics? Because in order for you to learn, you have to be listening to/reading about something you are interested in. Do not hesitate to watch children's programming too, it usually uses basic English and actually builds a nice base for you.

yes , i think so , because i keep cram words every day.i have two vacabulary books four thousand plus thirthing thousand , exculding the overlap. i think fifthing thousand at least, but this for reading only , may be you will find im poor with words in writing speaking and liseaoning.so i can read but difficult to understand in liseaoning
