I have to write e-mail in German and i don't know how. Could someone help me translate?

I need to write e-mail asking for information about relaxation programm. Few basic things i have to ask: which relaxation programms do they have, how long do they last, where will i stay and verpflegung ( supply, i need to ask how does it work, what does the price include..)

and is this correct?
