Harmony means to be one with each other. To feel at peace with each other. Divine harmony is saying that they're both thinking the very same thing at the very same time. They don't need to say anything to each other to know that they're thinking the same thing.

I think it's like a 'sublime harmony', 'soft harmony', the 'divine' here is used to intensify the harmony.
