Using a free translation, it will be "the chick without the tail", while "Sura" is an adjective that means "was born with no tail, or the tail was detached (like happens with a gecko - that little lizard)". I've tried to find the 'in english' version of this book to check how it was translated but I had no success. Hope you can do it to conclude that!
