Can be the verb tear and rip used in passive voice
The jacket was torn by him.
The jacket was ripped by him by accident.
Is it natural sounding and correct sentences?

Hello Smelval,

The sentences are grammatically correct but not very natural. If you leave out the agent it sounds much more natural. If it is important that the person doing the action is included then use active sentences.

They work if you have to use the passive.  I could also imagine hearing "the jacket got ripped" and leaving out the "by him" portion.  Otherwise, I'd probably say "he accidentally ripped the jacket"
