Here it means 정소희. * '저' in 저 자신만만하면서도 does mean "that". It makes for a compelling description as if you're pointing at the person. * '어리다' in 연민(이) 어린 태도 is a verb meaning "to (faintly) appear and linger upon or over something", not the adjective 어리다. (e.g. 그림자가 창문에 어리다. 슬픔이 어린 얼굴, etc).
