Hi Hadi, 
Both would be easily understood by a native English speaker.  However, the first sentence is not quite right, to make it work you need to 'will' and change 'about' to 'around':  Maybe I will end up with my desired score which is somewhere around 100.
The second sentence is more natural, but to make it even more natural I suggest you replace '100 plus' with the words 'a minimum of 100'.
