Hi Simone, None of your options are correct. Try the following sentence: "Have you ever thought of becoming a scientist?".

1 is incorrect. 2 & 4 are correct. 3 is probably correct but I am not certain if it is grammatically correct. Have you thought about becoming a scientist? - another way to pose the question.
