For your information, -ㄹ 필요가 있어요 is not used much in everyday situation. It is perfectly fine when talking about serious things involving logic and judgment (government policy, business plan, etc) but we tend not to use it in routine things like going home. 집에 갈 필요가 있어요 sounds weird and funny. It's hard to explain why 필요가 있다 is not used for simple things as it is in English, but that's just how it is - it is probably because the hanja-based 필요 sounds too serious and conceptual compared to the simple and common native word -야 돼요/해요. It is like the down-home side of "need (to)" is mostly handled by -야 돼요/해요, and 필요 covers the conceptual and brainy side of it. Going back to your examples, I would translate them like these. - I must go home now = 지금 (꼭) 집에 가야(만) 돼요; 지금 집에 안 가면 안 돼요. - I need to go home now = 지금/이제 집에 가야 돼요. - I should go home now = 지금/이제 집에 가야 할 것 같아요; 이제 집에 가는 게 좋겠어요; 이제 가 봐야겠어요. (If you use 이제, it sounds a little like "I realize that" or "now that it's late", etc, compared with simple "now" of 지금)

must - "지금 집에 가야 해요" must의 의미일 때는 아시는 것처럼 '반드시'라는 의미가 포함됩니다. (이 문장은 조사 '은'을 빼는 게 더 자연스러워요) need - "지금 집에 가야할 것 같아요."
