Dear Q Nhu The best way to learn a foreign language is to live the language: instead of reading books or watching movies in your language, try to read or watch them in English for example. Finding a language partner is always a good idea as well: you can teach your partner your language and he or she can talk to you in English. And, if you have the possibility, go on holidays to an English speaking country! You'll learn a new language if you practice every day, being a part of the italki-group is a first step ;-).
