=> 저는 필리핀 마닐라에 살아요.  여기서 태어났고 24년 동안 살았어요.

"저*는 필리핀에서 살던 도시가 만닐라입니다. 이 도시에서 태어났고 여기*도 24년 동안 살았습니다." is not correct ('*' marks grammatical issues.  The meaning of the sentence is also different from your English sentence).
- 제가 필리핀에서 살던 도시가 마닐라입니다 = Manila is where I lived in the Philippines.
- 여기도 24년 동안 살았습니다 (여기도 -> 여기서도) = I also lived here for 24 years (in addition to other places).
