"Will it be possible...." is a disguised command, like your boss telling you to do something and is not a request. If you don't do it, you are fired. Simple as that. Therefore, "is it", "would it" is more polite, especially when you are asking help. Here, the answer can be "no". You cannot say "no" to the first way of asking unless you don't care about the consequences.
"Will you love me" and "would you love me", "shall you love me", "should you love me" all have different nuances and meanings! This is because of the complex meanings in these verb forms!
