I've never heard the word flippity, although we have some similar words in British English. The most obvious one that comes to mind is 'flibbertigibbet' an old fashioned English word used to describe an imbecile who talks endless nonsense. (also the name of a shop in my hometown) There is also 'flipping' which is used to add emphasis to the following word. For example: 'Flipping hell.' was quite common when I was a child because we weren't allowed to say the other more famous F word. 'What the flipping hell were you thinking?' 'Why don't you flipping well listen?' The only other possibility that comes to mind is flippity floppity floop scene in South Park, in which case it's just nonsense words, the writers are having fun with the alliteration.

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/flibbertigibbet ? a silly flighty person . I would read "flippity" as a variation of this, rather old, wordso take it to mean, silly, flighty, follish. Have not heard this word in some time. Maybe my parent's generation might have commonly used it, but then, I'm already old :)
