Using 군요 with adjectives
I read that with adjectives, we just add 군요 at the end if we want to use this grammar point
=＞ eg. 예쁘군요
But my text book also tells me that even though 유먕하다 is an adjective (to be famous), 유명하다+ 군요 = 유명하는군요.
Is it because of 하다 ? Every adjectives made with 하다 acts like verbs ?
=＞eg. 다뜻하다, 약하다, 통통하다

Korean adjectives are also called descriptive verbs as they conjugate like action verbs. 
'- 군요' is added to the verb stem. Here are examples. I just put '|' in between the verb stem and '다' for clarification.

e.g. 유명하|다 (The verb stem of 유명하다 is  유명하.) 
       stem  + -군요 : 유명하(stem) + 군요 = 유명하군요

e.g. 귀엽|다 (The stem is 귀엽.)
      stem + -군요 : 귀엽(stem) + 군요 = 귀엽군요.
