I'm assuming you are reffering to this ayah, “It is Allah Who has created seven heavens and of the earth the like thereof (i.e. seven). His Command descends between them (heavens and earth), that you may know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah surrounds (comprehends) all things in (His) Knowledge.” [at-Talaaq 65:12].
This ayah, however, doesn't refer to heaven as being paradise but rather the universe, as it has been mentioned in other translations of the Qur'an as firmaments or skies.
With that being said, heaven as you intend it in the hereafter which is Paradise, meaning "jannah جنة" is mentioned in hadith as being above the seventh sky -as I mentioned above- and is 100 levels, "between each two levels is like the distance between the heavens and the earth." And Al-Firdous Al-A'la is the highest level of Paradise, hadith mentions that "when you ask of Allah, ask Him for al-Firdous for it is in the middle of Paradise and is the highest part of Paradise."
I hope I explained it well, and btw that's my name, Ferdous 😄 if you need anything feel free to message me anytime and I would be more than happy to help :)
