The former answer is right. They means almost same, only the feel of language is different. Yogore is more general explession than Kegare. We use Kegare when we feel the things which should be spiritually purified or holy unfortunately get filthy or profaned. Kegare is deeply related to spiritual things, Yogore isn't.
