주접(n) and 주접스럽다(a) have another meaning (probably more common than what you saw) which is about behaving very ungracefully, including being unmannered, greedy, inappropriately aggressive, etc. So we sometimes hear 먹는 모습이 주접스럽다, 주접스럽게 행동한다, 주접을 떤다, etc. 주접댓글 doesn't seem to be a common phrase, but it probably means an erratic comment that rambles on mentioning irrelevant things without making a clear point (댓글 = Internet comment).
