"Regalia" is used in some specific contexts, usually formal ones, and it indicates benefits, generous gifts and privileges. For example, you can say: "O luxuoso hotel oferece regalias aos hóspedes, como sauna e piscina aquecida" or even "Ser presidente da companhia confere regalias que os demais trabalhadores não possuem." However, you shouldn't say "regalia" as a simple synonym for present/gift.

In Brazilian Portuguese is "presente". In European Portuguese is "presente" or "prenda". Just in Spanish is "regalo". In Brazilian Portuguese we have a word that remind "regalo", but it's a verb: "arregalar", wich means "open your eyes widely". That's it! 👍🏼😀
