Yes bar and lounge mean the same thing. A place to hang out and buy/consume alcohol. You can go to a karaoke bar/lounge and have fun with friends (or strangers) drinking some alcohol and singing. You can also use the term karaoke room. We have businesses here in the USA that rent rooms for karaoke. They may or may not be affiliated with a bar.
