(1) 귀요미야 모해? = 귀요미야, 뭐 해? = Hey cutie, what are you doing?
* 귀요미 = 귀여운 사람 = cutie (a cute sounding noun form based on the adjective 귀엽다)
* 모해 = 뭐 해.  '모' is sometimes substituted for 뭐(무엇), to make it sound simple and cute.

(2) 가을이 와써요 = 가을이 왔어요 = Fall has come / Fall is here.
* 와써요 is 왔어요 (has come) spelled as it sounds.
