How do you say the year - e.g. 1889?
How would you say 1889 when speaking out loud? Would it be une-mille-huit-cents-quatre-vingt-neuf or would one say dix-huit-quatre-vingt-neuf? Would be really grateful for a quick answer as I have a French presentation to give in 2 days!

"Mille huit cent quatre-vingt neuf"
or 
"dix-huit cent quatre-vingt neuf"
