What accent is it? Here is an audio clip from a youtube video. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uE-znWgqVTNmqXV-lNUFV4TAG4c4sn86/view?usp=sharing Actually, I've got two questions about it. 1) Is it understandable for a native English speaker to get every word in intervals 0:35-1:22 and 1:40-2:00 without looking to a script? I guess, it is a sort of stylized Shakesperean accent. 2) What normal accent it is spoken between? The whole video you can find here: https://youtu.be/Z7O1mnaUB2M

I can't speak for what's used in the UK, but this is standard "Shakespearean" dialect in U.S. productions. I didn't have any trouble understanding it, but most Americans would have been exposed to this dialect in school, watching or listening to Shakespeare. The guy's home page says he's in the U.S. It sounds like a pretty neutral accent to me.

1)I would say that's a kind of like a mix (the voice he does), because of the intonations in order to sound historial (in relationship with the subject he talking about). If i'm not a native English speaker and i can, for sure they do understand. 2) But, Clearly his natural/normal accent is British

Good question! 1) Yes, the "performance" accent is a stereotype of a Shakespeare accent. A type of British theater accent. His words are very clear and understandable, but the meaning of the words of Shakespeare is often confusing. 2) His "normal" accent I would call a neutral American accent.
