Do the words like 'hate, love, depend' can be used on present continious tense? If yes, can you give me examples. On old version of 'English grammar in use' these words can be used only with present tense. But in new version of the book those words have dissapeared

I agree with Phil's answer. Also we do use these words often in present continuous slang. For example: "I am hating this movie" or "I am loving this situation."

While those verbs are usually stative in nature (in which case they are not used in the continuous), they can be used in the continuous aspect when they have a dynamic meaning. For example: “I’m loving this game!” means that I am really enjoying this game in the present moment. The coach might say something like, “OK team, I’m depending on you guys, so go out there and do your best!” That means that he is relying on the team and counting on them. So I’m afraid you have to actually understand what the verbs mean in order to know if they are stative or dynamic — you cannot just memorize a list.
