Korean~Pronounciation help!!!

I bought a book about basic and useful Korean phrases and expressions.
and one of the first pages is "pronounciation"
I always thought my Korean pronounciation was pretty accurate, but after reading this I'm starting to have doubts ^^;;
The books says:

~ᄅ+ᄂ = ᄅᄅ (It says the word "칠년" sounds like "칠련")
~ᄊ+ᄂ= ᄂᄂ(The word "있는" sounds like "인는")
~ᄀ+ᄆ= ᄋ ("중국말" sounds like "중궁말")
~When "ᄃ" is at the end of a sentence, and the next word starts with a vowel(ᄋ) it sounds like "ᄌ" ("해돋이" sounds like "해도지")
And it says the sentence "몇시예요" sounds like "며쓰시예요."

Is this true? I always thought "있는" sounded similar to "잍는" ^^;;;;;

Yeah, it's true. 있는, 잇는, 읻는(not valid), 잍는(not valid) are all pronounced as [인는]. 집, 짚 are pronounced as [집] 

밥 먹어 - 밤 머거
한국말 - 한궁말
밟았어 - 발바써
옮았어 - 올마써
안 했어 - 아 내써
별난 사람 - 별란 사람
어떡해 - 어떠캐
손가락 - 송까락
외갓집 - 외가찝
앞집 - 압찝
윗옷 - 위돋
막막해 - 망마캐

That book seems to be helpful. 
You will get used to it. 
although, 몇시예요 --> 며씨예요 or 몄씨예요(There's no 몄 in our language) will be easier.

ㅁㄴㄹㅇ makes soft(?) sounds. We have consonant assimilation. 
More ex) 
~습니다 --> ~씀니다 
~합니다 --> ~함니다
합리적 --> 함리적
국민 --> 궁민
복리 --> 봉리

one more things
ㄱ + ㄱ ==> ㄱ ㄲ (학교 --> 학꾜) 된소리 되기
