Is "tourism hotspot" similar to "tourist hotspot"? Which one is commonly used? Thank you š.

"Tourist destination" is more common than either of those. But you might occasionally also hear "tourist hotspot" or "hotspot for tourism." All three are interchangeable. There's no difference in meaning.
