Hmmm, this is really not easy to answer. Well, I think my parents do not need me to do anything special for them to be proud of me. They are proud without any reason, and I think it should be like this when you love your children. But certainly, my parents are proud of me, because I am very talented in drawing and creating special cakes, which developed into a little side job. Meanwhile, it is my favourite hobby. But this is a talent, you have or you don't. Something like this is a special gift, that can't be learned, but we were blessed with. We can just improve ourselves. So we should encourage ourselves to try everything. ;-)

They are proud without any reason and I think this is, like it should be when you love your children. But certain, my parents are proud of me, because I am very talented in drawing or creating special cakes, which developed to a little side job meanwhile and it is a very nice hobby for me. But this talent, you have it or you don't. Something like this is a special gift, that can't be learned, but we were blessed with that. Just, we can improof ourselves. So we never should stop to force ourselves with trying everything. ;-).
