Physical exercises are beneficial. My favorite exercise is walking for roughly 5 kilometers at one time. This simple exercise really helps a lot by the way of improving my physical conditions. I seldom feel exausted even though after dealing with a lot works. And my body also becomes less sensitive to the sudden change of temperature or humidity.

* as an alternative, you can also use "about" here instead of "roughly".
