I am happy to have a regular work pattern so that i can enjoy a regular sleep pattern. A routine sleeping pattern is crucial for health. I go to sleep at 11pm regularly after putting my kids to bed/sleep. The Olympic games (or just 'the Olympics') may cause people stay up late recently, but I wouldn't wake up in the late night for games. Instead, I would rather watch the highlights of my favorite games such as artistic cycling, basketball, beach volley or 100 meter track and field. I am grateful to see the increasing number of medals my country China has won. I am surprised by the rapid growth/improvement for the Chinese atheles in different events. Having a routine sleep pattern helps our body work efficiently which can directly increase our life span. I, always try to maintain a healthy lifestyle because life is full of uncertainty and a strong body can help to pass through easily in the uncertain future. Thank you@@
