A little longer note than usual. Would you mind correcting it? ;) I got up early after almost 10 hours of sleep. Yeah, the weekend was busy and tiring. My breakfast was simple. I ate nuts and yogurt. A strong white coffee made my morning better. It boosted my energy level, and I had power at the beginning of the day. I have to quit coffee. There are several downsides of drinking coffee. I feel like I need more of it with each new day. For now, coffee is stronger than me. I hope it will change in the near future. It's a really nice day. I've already done a lot of work today. My printer broke down a few days ago, so I had to fix it. I changed the toner. The previous one was causing some trouble with printing pages. I also screwed the kitchen shelf into the wall. I was at work for four hours. This was supposed to be a day off, but I worked extra hours. And now I'm writing this text while drinking my next coffee. It's a sunny day. In Poland, we don't have many days like this. There are a lot of gloomy and rainy days throughout the year. It is a pity that I can't write it outdoors. My flat has neither a balcony nor a terrace. I definitely should expose myself more to the sun. Sunbaths have a positive effect on health. I feel like I need more vitamin D. I have to change two things in my behavior. Firstly, I check the business e-mail after work. Secondly, I take everything unnecessarily to myself. In particular, the mood of dissatisfied customers. I track all my activities throughout the day, but I haven't been very accurate with it so far. I've started to follow some great advice and write down everything I do every day in my calendar. The idea is to find activities that waste my time and optimize some of them.

I was at work for four hours. This was supposed to be my day off, but I worked extra hours. And now I'm writing this text while drinking my second coffee. It's a sunny day. In Poland, we don't have many days like this. There are a lot of gloomy and rainy days throughout the year. It is a pity that I can't write it outdoors. My flat has neither a balcony nor a terrace. Nothing you’ve said is technically incorrect, but I’ve edited it to make it sound a little more natural/native according to my own variety of English. The only thing that affected the meaning of what you wanted to say is ‘I take everything unnecessarily to me.’ You wanted to say ‘take everything personally.’ The other corrections are minor and sometimes stylistic. 1. Of fits after downside or disadvantage for a subject, to fits better for a predicate. “The downsides of drinking coffee are…” “There are downsides to drinking coffee” This is only in my dialect; other varieties of English my do things differently. 2. To me, “tanning” would sound a little more natural than “sunbaths,” though neither is incorrect.
