Well, I am quite into eating fruit, like oranges, kiwi fruit, grapes, durian, and more [or] etc. When I am enjoying fruit, I am in a better mood. Actually, fruit can bring us some essential nutrients such vitamins. However, we should not eat too many fruits at once because they contain so much sugar.
Fruit is usually an uncountable noun in English. This means it doesn't become a plural when we're talking about different types (for example: 1 piece of fruit, 2 pieces of fruit). The word fruit can be used when talking about fruit in general (for example: my family has a fruit bowl, in this we put oranges, apples and bananas) or one kind of fruit (for example: after dinner I had fruit for pudding). Fruits is only used when about many different fruits together (for example: my brother eats many types of fruit). In your first sentence at the end you've said "and etc.". In English we'd use etc. on its own or we'd say "and more". Etc. indicates there are more things on the list that are similar, and more just tells you this more literally. You can use either and it's completely correct in English. Nutrients is typically used for living things (for example animals, people, plants). Elements is typically used for metals (for example gold, silver, iron) Use much for things that can't be counted (such as uncountable nouns, so things like fruit, water, time). Use many for things that can be counted (for example, oranges, apples, pears) - so in your last sentence you've used "fruits" which is counted, it's many different fruit. But sugar is singular and can't be counted (in English). This means it's "many fruits" and "much sugar". You could also change "too many fruits" to "too much fruit". This would be correct in English as well - and comes in to the fruit [or] fruits decision. I really hope this helps! Let me know if anything I've said is too confusing or needs further explaining. But, I have to say I'm so impressed by your paragraph! You should be incredible proud of yourself!

Et cetera / etc means and the rest so you don't need to say and etc 🙂
