I've been practicing English on iTalki since April 2025 and I've always had good experience with native English teachers from the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other English-speaking countries! All teachers who I had classes with are nice, have a good personality, patient, engaging and respectful! They love learning more about my home country (Russia), my city (Vladivostok) and I also love learning more about different cultures and countries around the world! I'm learning English to meet new people, make more international friends and to build bridges between countries and people from different backgrounds. I've always had a good experience talking with them. They support me, correct my mistakes in vocabulary and grammar and motivate me to continue practicing English and to continue learning. They make me speak more in English which is awesome for me whose first language is Russian. I wanna speak straight in a foreign language without translating to my native language. I also didn't feel discriminated politically (just because I'm from Russia) or any other type of discrimination. It was nice to not just learn English, but to meet new people and get to know each other more! I will continue improving my English and I will keep practicing speaking it with others.
