My mother and I do the Chinese character quiz in the newspaper every Sunday morning. There are sentences in which there is a wrong but same sounding Chinese character for each sentence. So we try to find out which one is the wrong character and revise it to the correct character. Our result yesterday was 8 correct answers out of 10. So if there is anyone who is studying Japanese or Chinese and is struggling with remembering Chinese characters, don't worry. Although I have studied Chinese characters for 12 years in school, and additionally read and write it everyday, I'm far from perfect. I am sure that learning Chinese characters is difficult for everyone.
