Balint Gaspar

The classes were mostly casual conversation. A little bit more structure might have been nice, but Gaspar has a very natural teaching style. I found our conversations easy to follow, and he helped me when I got stuck, and reassured me when I found my progress frustrating that my experiences were normal. I like the fact that he didn't give me a grammer lesson every time I made a mistake.

Balint is a creative and well-organized teacher. I really like his methods and definitely will book more lessons.

I was looking for someone with whom to practice Hungarian before going on a trip. I chose Gaspar because he is knowledgable about natural ways of learning a language, and could appreciate that I didn't need a grammar lesson every time I made a mistake. He encourages conversation at a level that challenges me a bit but not too much.
