Máté

An exceptional teacher, Máté engages me from the beginning of each lesson. His ready smile shows he clearly enjoys and cares about teaching. Though he discerns my needs well and selects appropriate teaching materials, he frequently asks whether his approach is meeting my needs. Máté knows when to refocus us on the task at hand if we get carried away by our enthusiasm for a topic of conversation. Máté’s praise (beyond my merits) and evident pleasure in my progress does inspire me to work harder. He eagerly indulges my interest in the origin of words and even researched Tatar grammar, an interest of mine, so we could discuss the similarities to that of Hungarian. I am now booking lessons from a 15 lesson package and look forward to many future lessons with this kind and skillful teacher.

Máté is a patient and creative teacher. I asked for the Q&A study strategy and he understood it immediately. His teaching was very good and I'm super comfortable with the pace.
