(A) is normal conversational speech, even if it is wrong. If you are writing in a way that tries to imitate familiar conversational patterns, such as you would find in a play, you could make it correct by inserting a hyphen:
"Can you tell me - where is the station?"
The hyphen forces a pause, allowing the two parts of the sentence to stand as separate complete thoughts.
