My experience in Germany and Switzerland allows me to show students how German is used in real situations – from everyday communication to professional and academic language. In the same way, growing up and living in Serbia allows me to show students who are learning Serbian how the language is used by people living in Serbia. Through my work as an Aupair in which I practised German with Kids aged 6 to 10 and through my language studies at University I learned that you can only teach others if you are also willing to learn and consistently drive to better your own skills. From learning many foreign languages myself I have developed my own personal hacks and tips on how to most effectively learn a new language. I accept lesson cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours in advance. However, this depends on my current lesson demand and schedule therefore I will decide on that for each individual case.

My goal as a teacher is that you get the most out of the class. How do I want to achieve that? 1) Create a comfortable atmosphere: You have to be relaxed and feel comfortable in order to learn. I will try to create a very comfortable atmosphere so you can concentrate on the lesson. 2) Teaching a fun class: The class should be fun and interesting, that’s when we get the best results. I would love to know about topics that interest you and consider them in my preparation of the class. 3) Speak as much German as possible: You have to get used to the structure, the sound and the rhythm of the language. That's why I want to encourage you that we speak as much German as possible during the class.
